Royalty USA was born from a lifelong dream—years in the making—shaped by accomplishments, challenges, and unwavering dedication.

Founded by Michelle Maney, a seasoned pageant director with over 25 years of experience in the industry and a successful business professional, Royalty USA represents her passion for empowering girls and women. Michelle is a leader in the pageant community and firmly believes that pageantry is more than just a competition—it’s an investment in the future.

Through pageantry, participants gain invaluable life skills, such as interview techniques, social etiquette, public speaking, and self-confidence, all of which play a critical role in their personal and professional success.

Michelle credits pageantry with some of her closest friendships and most cherished memories. She deeply values the sisterhood and mentorship it fosters and strives to create meaningful experiences and lifelong bonds for all who join the Royalty USA family.

The Royalty USA National Pageant is proudly based in the Carolinas, where the national event is hosted each year. Michelle lives in Asheville, North Carolina, with her husband, five children, and a growing number of grandchildren. She also works as a Senior Benefit Systems Consultant for one of the world’s leading Human Capital Management companies.

Michelle attributes the realization of this dream to her faith in God, who has blessed her with the opportunity to inspire and invest in the lives of so many girls and women. She is deeply grateful for the love, support, and encouragement from family, friends, and those who have stood by her throughout this journey. Without their unwavering belief in her vision, the Royalty USA National Pageant would have remained just a dream.
